Our Kindergartners shone brightly during our Hagigat HaTorah service as they sang and went through the chupah to receive their Torah. The children were dressed to impress and topped of their ensembles with beautiful kippot decorated by their families. We watched each student hold his or her Torah so closely to the heart. We wish for the Torah to remain there, in their hearts, as our children experience wholeness while continuing their Torah studies here at Wise School. Upcoming Events5/30 Memorial Day--No School

This week we have been busy learning about insects! Students learned about butterflies and ladybugs. They learned about the life cycle of each insect. They learned that these insects go through many changes from the beginning of their life until the time that they are an adult. In math, we started a unit on measurement. Students are measuring a variety of objects around the classroom to find out if they are long or short, tall or short, and heavy or light. In hebrew they have been creating their own Brown Bear book.
