The frogs have jumped right on through our Seder and are now on their way to Spring Break.
Wednesday the children out-did themselves during the Passover presentation. Thank you to all that sent in food items for our Seder feast. While staying inside on Thursday due to the rain, we took the opportunity to use some of our senses. We sat in front of our sliding door watching and listening to the rain come down. We also decided to use the rain to create beautiful art work. The children chose dry tempera paint colors, sprinkled the powder onto the paper, and then put the paper outside in the rain. The children observed the dry paint on the paper, and as the rain came down the paper began to get wet. As the paper got wetter and wetter the paint began to change into a liquid and the colors blended. We brought the paper inside to let it dry. Once it was dry the children were able to see how the rain created a beautiful design that is now on display. Friday we enjoyed a lovely Shabbat with Hannah and her family. During Temple we sang Shabbat songs with Ditza and Rabbi Sari. After the blessings we enjoyed a story told by Rabbi Sari. Shabbat Shalom Happy Passover T & T We will see you back at school on Monday, April 9th Reminders
