Dear Parents,
Purim is in full swing in room 24! We have been dressing up in all kinds of fun costumes and pretending to be Queen Vashti and/or King Achashverosh. We also have made beautiful Purim decorations to decorate our classroom with. The children dotted crowns – Hamans hats – and masks and glued them with sparkles galore! On Thursday we made pretend Hamantashen cookies from paper plated and shaped them into a triangle, by folding 3 corners and stuffed them with tissue paper. .We can’t wait to make delicious Hamantashen cookies next Wednesday with your children. Yum!!! Just a couple reminders; to check your child’s extra cloths box and make sure they have plenty of extra clothes, diapers/pull ups. If you haven’t done so, please sign up for parent/teacher conferences. Wednesday is a half day for the children and Thursday is a pupil free day. Thank you to the Nissani Family for being our Shabbat family this week. We look forward spending it next week with the Zarabi family. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend Shabbat Shalom, Marloes and Miri to edit.
