We started the week with a very intriguing science experiment. Baking soda was spread out on a large tray. The children poured a mixture of vinegar and food coloring on to the baking soda and watched the result. The mixture fizzled and bubbled much to their delight. Some of our children were challenged with a 28 piece table puzzle where they used many skills. They cooperated, communicated and problem solved to complete the task. Once the puzzle was completed, they were so proud of their accomplishment! At this young age, children are unable to manage their own cold symptoms. If they display a runny nose, cough or watery eyes, please keep them at home until those symptoms disappear. Please remember to bring Sova and Tzedakah on Fridays. The children like to put their coins in the Tzedakah box and deposit their Sova in the bin as we walk in to Temple for services. Also, it is important to continually check your child’s extra clothing box so that we can insure they always have warm, dry clothes to wear if needed. Shabbat Shalom!
