This week we spoke about Shavuot, the holiday when G-D gave us the Torah. We spoke about being thankful for all that G-D gives us and the children reflected on that idea by looking at themselves in our standing mirror. They looked at themselves and we pointed out that we are all different and G-D made us all the way we are.
The children have created Lego masterpieces and are very proud of their creations and chose to display them on our shelves. They know that if they do not want them put away they must have their names near their work. This gives them an opportunity to add onto their structures or leave them for display.
