Dear Ulpanon Bet Parents, What a wonderful culmination to your children’s Passover learning: Celebrating and feasting together in a mock Seder! The children were proud to sing the Passover songs and blessings, especially the Ma Nishtana (Four Questions), and to share knowledge of the Pesach story. They were also excited to send home their spring flowers and Kosot Miryam (Miriam’s Cups), along with the holiday cards/excerpts that explain the tradition of including this special cup of water at the Seder table. Thank you so much to all of you for your work in helping to setup and clear the room and for providing the yummy food for the Seder meal! We appreciate you! During P.E. with Coach Danny, the children again practiced strengthening their locomotor (gross motor) movements with the ACTIVE! It’s Your Move! Dice. They worked in two teams, taking turns to throw the dice individually and follow the prompts as a group - rolling, galloping, sliding, etc. They also reviewed correct stance and arm/hand positions for Volleyball and played with the volleyballs in pairs. The children had a blast during our rainy days, creating beautiful art, dancing Israeli Dancing, and playing group bingo games. They also enjoyed rolling up their sleeves to make challah and matzah in the classroom. Thank you to Aaron Triphon and family for ushering in Shabbat with us. Reminders:
Chag Pesach Sameach! We hope you have a magical Passover and spring break! Shabbat Shalom! Shoshi and Meirav
