Our week has been short and sweet! It's been all about cars, trains, washing babies, experimenting with pegs and numbers and painting with water colors. Our friends in Room 25 are always excited and willing to try new activities.
Our next holiday coming up is Tu B'Shevat. This beautiful holiday is a favorite among many of us as we get to celebrate... TREES! Tu B'shevat is also called the birthday of the trees or Jewish Earth Day. This holiday is a wonderful way to celebrate nature! In the coming weeks, we will explore and talk about the many different types of trees, fruits that grow on trees and we will be planting and doing some fruit tasting in our classroom. Thank you to Lucca and his family for making our Shabbat together so special this week. All of our friends in Room 25 are looking forward to having their families come in to celebrate Shabbat with us! Reminders: Week of February 5th is Father's/Grandfather's Week. - with a special all Dad's/Grandfather's Brunch and Shabbat on Friday, February 9th. We hope you can join us in the classroom before Shabbat. Please check your childs' box to see if they need any clothes. Wishing everyone Shabbat Shalom! Marcela, Sigal and Judy
