This week we continued getting in the Purim spirit. The children finished making their noise makers/groggers and crowns for our special Purim Shabbat and they have been getting excited about dressing up in costume at school for our Purim Celebration which will be on Friday, March 25th! Please have your children come to school in costume so we can celebrate Purim in style!
On Monday, Teacher Brock came to sing with us. We sang songs about Purim, and the children played their pretend guitars along with Brock! We all had a great time dancing and singing together. Since Spring is around the corner, we painted with yellow paint this week. Our friends in Room 25 were all at the art table painting and working together. Friendships are blossoming. The children are holding hands, giving each other hugs, and taking care of each other. It is wonderful to watch! It was so nice to have the opportunity to chat with all of you about how our school year is progressing and how wonderful your children are doing. We thank you for coming in and for your continued support of our First Steps Program. We feel very blessed to have you and your children in our class! Our Purim Carnival is Sunday. Hope to see you all there! It's going to be a blast! Wishing everyone Shabbat Shalom! Marcela and Judy
