Shalom Ullpanon Bet Families, This may have been a short week, but we filled our days with lots of learning opportunities and fun. As we continued our unit on Tu B’Shvat, we focused on citrus fruits, which in Hebrew are called, peirot hadar. The children used and explored the different types of citrus fruits by using their five senses.. We put on our chef’s hats and made lemonade and we hope you enjoyed the orange cake the children baked and brought home. We also played the Peirot Hadar lotto game. Thank you to all who contributed snack and citrus fruit this week. Shabbat Shalom and have a great weekend. Warmly, Talia and Meirav Reminders1/30/15 Friday: Hanna’s special Shabbat
