Shalom Ulpanon Bet Families,
This week we talked about numbers. We asked the children where can we find numbers? What can we do with numbers? The children came up with very clever answers. They noted, "numbers are on: a calendar, clocks, measuring cups and signs. We also use the concept of numbers when we pay for something with money. Our children are able to recognize numbers and are able to put the numbers in order. We started with 0-5. This week, Rachel, the school counselor, came to our classroom to talk to us about personal space and the proper way to use our hands. The children engaged in conversation and contributed many great ideas. This week was Gabriel’s special library day. His father, Ronen, read us Daisey by Brian Wildsmith. Reminders: Aiden's special Shabbat is Friday, January 8 Wishing you a wonderful and a fun winter vacation. Happy, healthy New Year! Warmly, Meirav and Talia
