Our first week back from winter break was a success with the merging of our classroom with the room next door on Friday. We got right back into things and by the end of the week the children seem to be settling in just fine. Most exciting was our first trip to the Temple for Shabbat services. We sang, we danced and everyone really enjoyed themselves! As a group we have really grown and are learning to follow the lead of the teachers and peers.
Going forward we are preparing to celebrate Tu B' Shevat and learn all the beauty of nature, the trees and plant life all around us. We are asking that you bring in a piece of fruit that has a pit or seeds so that we can open them, take out the seeds and plant them. We will plant them, water them, give them sunlight and wait for them to sprout! A vey exciting process to explore and observe! Have a wonderful weekend & Shabbat Shalom! Anita & Sue
