Our focus this week continues with Noah’s Ark. You may have heard your children pronouncing his name like a true Hebrew speaker…NOACH! The children were delighted to bake animal sugar cookies this week. They enjoy cooking very much! Building Noach’s Ark is a very big task in Room 15. We first painted water for the flood and after many days of creating different Ark (Tevah) structures, we have begun with our collaborative Tevah structure. Our friend also created individual Lego structures. They originally started out as a Tevah and have transformed into other vehicles and flying vessels. We have displayed them in our classroom. Room 15 - Student Comments: Gabriel – “No putting hands in mouth because bugs will get in your mouth and will make a party in your tummy”. Brooks – When asked, how do you know all the colors in Hebrew – “ Because my body told me”. Shabbat ShalomJ Mira & Liat RemindersSnack of the week: Shane
