Dear Parents,
Our first week back from spring break was a big success. We started the week off right with music class, art projects and a few very special visitors. Teacher Brock brought his big drum to share with us and what a big sound it made when he played it! Being that it also happened to be Mother’s week, we got right back to work completing our Mother’s Day gift projects. The mommies each took home succulent plants in the cutest little planters- an old pair of itty-bitty outgrown shoes, painted with love by your little ones. We hope you can enjoy them as a keepsake for years to come. Wednesday, we hosted the moms in our classroom for a light breakfast of muffins and berries. It was nice to slow the morning down and spend a little quality time together. Finally, we wrapped up our week with Shabbat services with Teacher Ditza and Rabbi Josh to honor our Moms for Mother’s Day. It was so special having you all there to share in the fun. We want to thank all of the Grandmas, Aunts and moms who participated this week- the children really enjoyed your presence and so did we. Shabbat Shalom & Happy Mother’s Day! Sue & Anita
