Week of November 2, 2015 This week was filled with many exciting activities. We had our Student Council elections. Great job to all of the candidates in Second grade who ran for Student Council Representative. All of your speeches were wonderful! Congratulations to the winners! This week we started learning about Thanksgiving and what power led to the change in the lives of pilgrims through the use of three different stories. The students also came up with several unanswered questions they had about a picture of pilgrims. More of our Flat Stanley's have arrived! Hebrew The students practice some of their Hebrew vocabulary words through different games. Royal Readers Our Royal Readers for the past two weeks have each done an incredible job of reading their books to their classmates. Important Upcoming Dates
