This week was a busy one! Students had a blast doing Israeli Dancing with Mrs. Leora Orevi. In Science, students continued to learn about the different lobes of the brain and their functions and purpose. In Social Studies, students continue to practice research and note-taking skills as they look at the multiple perspectives of life at the California Missions. In Math, students have been reviewing division skills and also becoming statisticians as they collect and analyze data. They are learning how to organize their data into graphs and analyze the data deeply and in a meaningful way. Please be sure to turn in your child's Sacramento permission slip, health form, and check as soon as possible! We are looking forward to seeing you at Praying With Parents tomorrow at 8:15 am in the Plotkin Chapel! We will meet you at the chapel. Warmly, The Fourth Grade Team Upcoming DatesMonday, February 2nd - NAEP Testing - 4th grade

The fourth grade Klei Kodesh did a beautiful job of welcoming Shabbat to us during our services! After services, each class celebrated the beauty of Shabbat together as we said the blessings and sang songs. Students looked into the bright Shabbat lights and discussed what thoughts came to mind. One student said it made them think Jews all over the world praying over the same Shabbat lights and saying the same blessings through the ages. What a beautiful connection! Shabbat Shalom! With Love, The Fourth Grade Team Upcoming DatesFriday, January 30th - 4th Grade Praying With Parents 8:15-9:30 AM - Plotkin
