Fourth Grade had a fantastic experience at Camp Alonim this week! We started the day off with singing and togetherness in the campfire area. Students then went on a biblical scavenger hunt. Afterwards, students had a delicious snack and a quick break. Then, it was on to the most exciting part of the day where students either rock climbed or participated in the ropes course. Even Mrs. Neal and Rabbi Josh got into it! Mrs. Neal, who is an avid rock climber, even gave the students a quick lesson on rock climbing strategy! Students were treated to some fantastic Israeli dancing and then a healthy lunch. Following lunch, we came together as a school to sing Tu B'Shevat songs and then concluded our day with some free play on the grassy field. It was a fantastic day for students to bond and experience wholeness together in nature, and made the holiday of Tu B'Shevat truly meaningful!
