This week, in Mrs. Spielberg's math class, students tested their memory AND math skills by making their very own math memory games. Students wrote challenging multiplication and division equations, answered them on a separate index card, then played memory with their partner to find the match. Students in Mrs. Hechtman's reading class explored the literary element of thematic analysis. Students then applied what they learned by using evidence from the text to prove each theme on a class poster. Fourth graders also completed their school civic duties by voting for their Student Council Representatives and the Class Representatives this week. Students also participated in a fantastic Project Studio as a culminating activity for all of their research on California's Native American tribes. Just more examples of how students at Wise are making great happen each and every day! Upcoming DatesWe are looking forward to a beautiful 4th Grade Soulful Shabbat Service and Dinner together, tonight! Please have your children arrive by 6:15 pm so that they can get ready with their classes for the service.
