This week we celebrated the 100th day of school! Students prepared for the day by making necklaces, crowns, and shirts. On the 100th day, we paraded through the first grade classrooms to showoff our 100th day of school attire! Students also worked with their sixth grade buddies to practice counting their collection of 100 items by 10s, 25s, or 50s. In math they weighed their collections and determined which was the heaviest and which was the lightest. They also made a snack bag full of 100 snack items! The students also enjoyed a very special visit from Zero the Hero! In hebrew this week they wrapped up their study of creation by discussing what was created on each day and the reason why it was created. Students also wrote about their favorite thing that God created. Check out our 100th Day of School Pictures!Upcoming Events2/15 President's Day--No School
