This week students completed many Hanukkah activities! They used different geometric shapes to make a dreidel or a Jewish star. Students were challenged to think of all the different combination of shapes they could use! Students listened to some Hanukkah stories where they completed their own Hanukkah book. In Mrs. Katan's class students learned all about the story of Hanukkah! In math students played some games to practice their numbers 1-10. Next week students will start with numbers 11-20. We ended our week with our fun Hanukkah Party! Students enjoyed eating latkes, making candy dreidels, and decorating cookies. They also played a few games like pin the candle on the menorah, dreidel, and Hanukkah Roll and Cover, and Hanukkah Bump. Upcoming Events12/17 Spirit Day
