This week students were very busy with many fall and thanksgiving themed crafts and activities in preparation for Thanksgiving! They completed their fall masterpieces, made leaf printed shirts, pilgrim and indian hats. In math they worked on creating patterns as they made their necklaces in preparation for their Thanksgiving feast! This week in math students learned that fewer means less. They compared different groups of objects to find out which group has less. They also learned how to find how many in all for a group of objects. In hebrew with Mrs. Katan, students continued studying the family as we prepare for Midor L'dor. Students created beautiful family trees! They also enjoyed having pretend telephone conversations with Mrs. Katan to converse about who is home/not home. They kids love this fun interaction as it is a great way to practice their hebrew vocabulary! We look forward to seeing you all at Midor L'dor!! Upcoming Events11/24 Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast
