The Kindergarten Hagigat HaTorah was full of songs sung by the kindergarteners and blessings passed down from each grade. The students enjoyed this beautiful ceremony! Fifth grade has had a busy two weeks back from break! Here are some of the highlights! At the Shabbaton, the students welcomed Shabbat, danced, went for a nighttime hike, explored Camp Alonim, and celebrated Havdalah! The fifth and sixth grade students had the privilege of listening to Ms. Eva Brettler, a Holocaust survivor, who was 8 years old when the Nazis invaded Budapest, Hungery in 1944. This was truly a special commemoration of the 6 million Jews who died in the Shoah-Holocaust. At our Yom Hamoreh service the students honored Mrs. Frost for her many years of teaching at Wise School! The fifth graders enjoyed watching the Yom Ha'atzma-ut Assembly and recalling all of the of songs and dances they performed last year! Wise School celebrated Yom Hazikaron by blowing the shofar and saying HaTikvah together. Upcoming Date:
