We've had an exciting week in 3rd grade. The students' animal projects are coming along wonderfully. They are such great writers and they are putting so much hard work and effort into creating a well written piece of work.
On Thursday, we had our first spirit day! Students dressed in black in white, ate black and white cookies at lunch, and went up to watch a black and white movie at lunch. We are all excited for other upcoming spirit days. In math, the 3rd graders have started geometry. The students used plastic boards and rubber bands to create geometric shapes they have been learning about. The students have also been very creative in art. They have been working on portraits and landscapes that reflect the art in the museum that they chose. Last but certainly not least, we had a successful STEAM night on Wednesday! Thank you to all who came. We had a blast! Enjoy the pictures below! Shabbat Shalom
