Happy Friday! We hope you enjoyed your spring break. We had an excellent first week back at school. During our Monday assembly, we said goodbye to a group of 6th graders, as they are leaving for their trip to Israel! Very exciting. Rabbi Josh also spoke to Sage about receiving an award. Sage's dad is a diplomat and travels all around the world. He has been living in Afghanistan this year and Rabbi Josh wanted to honor Sage for the sacrifice her and her family have made.
In technology, groups of students are building and programing robots made out of Lego's. Very cool! Lastly, we wanted to remind you about Monday's field trip to American Jewish University where we will watch and learn Israeli dances. The students will not need to bring anything with them because we will only be there for 2 hours. Shabbat Shalom!
