Ulpanon Alef On Monday morning, we went to the Temple with all Explorers friends for Havdalah. We counted leaves that we collected on the way back from the Temple. We worked on colors, numbers, and letters in the children's names, sizes big- gadol, medium-benoni, small-katan and parts of our bodies and faces. We are learning about the colors of the rainbow. The colors are: adom- red, katom- orange, Tzhov- yellow, Yarok- green, Kachol-blue, sagol-purple, varod-pink. We learned a song that goes with the colors that the children like to sing. The children enjoyed the puppets stories about The Monster Has A Funny Face, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Old Mac Donald Has A Farm and Five Little Monkeys all in Hebrew. The children had fun in the library looking at books and listening to stories in Hebrew. On Tuesday they had fun time with Andrew, dancing with scarves and playing with instruments. On Thursday the children sang in Hebrew and danced with Ditza. Please collect all sizes leaves with your children for a special project and bring them to class. Thank you Shabbat Shalom Mira and Miri
