On Monday we had Havdalah with Jen and all the EC friends! Thanksgiving is around the corner and we are telling the story of the Pilgrims who sailed all the way from England to Plymouth Rock. We learned that the Pilgrims ate and slept on the ship (Oneeyah) for a very long time. Thank you to Lauren and Stephanie for reading the children the books in the library. Thank you for bringing pumpkins to class. The children had a great time exploring the pumpkins that we cut open during class time. The children used their hands and spoons to pull out the seeds and the pumpkin parts and magnifying glasses to look at them. They made a fall collage painting with leaves and branches using fall colors. In continuation to our colors exploration the children learned the color Blue – Kachol and made a blue (kachol) collage. They also used blue beads to bead on a string while using their fine motor skills. On Thursday the children danced and sang with Ditza. Reminder On November 16 Archer is Abba Shabbat. Shabbat Shalom Miri and Mira
