Dear Parents of Room 12,
With the end of the school year approaching, we have been spending the week reviewing material that we have learned over the year. We used scarves and flags to review directionality, painting to review colors, tabletop toys for shapes and we have taken field trips to different areas of campus to continue to improve self-control when transitioning to another activity. We have begun our final end of the year project that spans across many days. It has been wonderful watching the children enjoy personalizing a special surprise gift and working over days to see an end result. This has been different than the projects in the beginning of the year because the result is not seen immediately and it takes time to understand how many pieces come together for one final project. This week was our last week with a Shabbat child and we had a wonderful time with Easton and his family this week. Reminder: if you would like pictures of your child from throughout the year, please bring a USB drive to me or Lashelle by May 25th. Thank you all for a wonderful week and we look forward to next week as our last full week of school for the year! Shabbat Shalom, Tatiana and Lashelle
