Dear Parents,
Even though this was a short week, we continued to learn about the holiday of Purim. The children made crowns and tiaras, and baked some yummy Hamantaschen. On Monday, we joined Room 14 for some exciting Beanie Bag Dance. The children moved their bodies, jumped around, and had a terrific time. They also have been working very hard at learning some special songs, "Tomorrow" and "Do, Re, Mi". What a joy it is to hear them sing! Parent-Teacher Conferences went very well. It's always a pleasure to talk about your children. Please feel free to come to us anytime, as open communication works best. During circle time we have been discussing responsibility and that everyone has a job. We would like to ask that your children arrive to school ON TIME. Our early morning circle begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. and we hope to see you at 9:00 so the children can comfortably settle in. On Monday, March 21st, the EC Department will be having an all school Havdalah service in the main Temple. Havdalah marks the end of Shabbat, and helps us to transfer all of our positive energy and good vibes to the week ahead. We will be promptly leaving the classroom at 9:15 a.m. , and parents are welcome at the Temple. Have a great weekend and Shabbat Shalom, Bam, Cindy, and Lindsay REMINDERS March 25th; Shabbat Helpers (Brennen and Dylan)
