Dear Parents,
Havdalah was special and beautiful as usual, as we ended our discussions about Purim and jumped into Passover! As we told the story about Passover, some of your children were slightly confused about the characters, since they are still in the Purim mode. In the weeks to follow, we will be hard at work learning new songs, continuing to learn the story of Passover, creating lots of new beautiful and fun art projects and learning the different symbols that are represented on the Seder plate. We started painting our big class engine that will be displayed and used in our soon to be new “check your engine station” and your children had to work together to create this masterpiece. They had to collectively decide on the color choices, which ended up being rainbow mish mosh, as they painted with brushes and eventually used their hands. Stay tuned for our final product! Yoga and Music were a blast and really tired us all out! On Wednesdays, we leave our classroom sharply by 9:10. We would really love for your child to be here at 9:00am so that they have a chance to get settled and use the bathroom before we leave. If you are here after 9:10, please sign your child in and bring them to the Yoga studio, located right across from the library. Thank you to Nathan and his family for spending Shabbat with us. Thank you all for joining in parent/teacher conferences. It was a pleasure getting to see you all and catch up about your children. Shabbat Shalom!
