Dear Parents,
Fall is upon us and this week we started talking about nature. This week your children made leaf prints. They painted leaves different colors and put them on paper. In circle time we talked about what trees give us and how trees can provide homes for animals. Your children came up with such amazing ideas such has paper, splinters, and fruit. We continue every day to work on our letters and numbers. Your children have been playing a game called “Letter Matching.” They are matching the letters to pictures with the words written underneath them. We played a matching numbers game where your children had to match the number to the picture with the correct amount of items on it. We had another great time at tricycle express and the library this week. Your children are pedaling faster and having fun on the double seater bikes with each other. They like to ride after one another and take turns riding in the front and back of the bikes. Thank you to Ashley’s mom, Alison for reading books in the library to us. We checked out some new fall books to read in our classroom. We want to welcome Tyrus and his family into our class. We are very excited to have you. Have a great weekend and Shabbat shalom.
