Dear Parents,
This week was quite the busy one! We have spent a lot of time focusing on circle time, working on our colors, shapes and the letters in our names. During this time, we have been singing a lot of songs and your children have volunteered to sit in front of all their friends and sing a song of their choice. We have continued to talk about Fall, read new books about the season and experiment with the pinecones in our room. Our Fall wreaths are almost finished, stay tuned for the final display! Rabbi Sari talked about Abraham and Lot and the importance of planning ahead and trusting that those who are guiding you always have your best interest in mind. In our morning set up this week, your children have taken a big interest in setting up picnics in our kitchen area, working away on their keyboards, telephones and taking notes, as well as using pretend money to buy and sell pretend products. We always took advantage of the beautiful weather and had a picnic outside for snack. On Friday, we got to experience our first Beit Issie Farmer’s Market. A new child, Binaya who has Cerebral Palsy will be receiving the Tzedakah money that you send in for your child to buy something from the Farmer’s Market. We also had a beautiful Shabbat service and enjoyed our time together. Shabbat Shalom!
