On Monday, the children worked hard to decorate our room and make it festive and full of warmth in anticipation of Hanukkah. Each child helped to place decorations on the wall and clean the room to prepare for your arrival on Tuesday. The children worked so hard to learn and practice their songs, and they worked diligently on every detail, including how to walk into the room for the show. We were very proud. We hope you enjoyed our Classroom 3 Hanukkah party. The children worked very hard to make you proud. We thank you for the food and supplies to make our party so enjoyable. We hope you enjoyed the songs your children prepared for you as well as your gift. Remember: Do not open it until the first night of Hanukkah! I will email everyone some of the videos from our celebration for those who were not able to make it. Wednesday and Thursday we continued with our normal schedules of music with Maestro and time with Rabbi Josh. In music we sang some of our favorite Hannukah songs and danced around the room. Rabbi Josh always has a great story to tell our children about the holiday. This week he told the children the story of Hannukah and spoke about the dreidels. We wish all of you a happy, safe and healthy holiday and new year.
