Room 14 has been hard at work building the city of Egypt and also singing about them. We have been preparing for our Passover Seder, discussing the story, creating Seder plates and decorating our very own Elijah Cups. The children used tissue paper, glue and jewels, which was excellent fine-motor skill practice. We have also had many value based discussions about which characters in the story were kind and why it is important to be kind. We discussed the many ways we are kind to one another. This week, we also had music with Brock. It was a beautiful morning so we sat outside and sang while enjoying the beautiful environment around us. Thursday, Paige and Colton’s Mommy came in to help us make toffee chocolate matzah. It was so delicious and so much fun to make. Thank you for helping us! We ended the week with a beautiful Shabbat. We hope you have a nice weekend and we look forward to a wonderful new week. Shabbat Shalom
